Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager
Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager
Join a growing global consultancy with a culture that’s real, collaborative, and transformative.
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the internal communications and employer brand strategy for a global business with 17 offices worldwide.
We’re looking for a communications professional who can bring our brand and culture to life from the inside out—someone who’s passionate about connecting people through meaningful communication.
What you'll do
Internal Communications
Deliver our global internal communications plan, budget, and calendar.
Plan and manage creative, impactful communications across written, digital, and live formats—everything from company-wide Town Halls to internal announcements and employee engagement campaigns.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to define messages, tone, frequency, and channels for internal communications.
Experiment with new formats—like video, newsletters, or digital platforms—and measure what works.
Partner with the Group Marketing Manager to align internal messaging for key events like M&A, partner promotions, or service launches.
Employer brand
Evolve our global employer brand plan —helping us tell the story of who we are and why we’re different.
Create content and internal campaigns that showcase our culture, celebrate achievements, and foster a sense of community.
Deliver engaging initiatives—from employee recognition and global internal competitions to behind-the-scenes storytelling and brand heritage for each office.
Strengthen our culture by reinforcing our company values and supporting ESG efforts (like B-Corp and DE&I projects).
What you'll bring
4+ years of experience in internal communications or employer branding, ideally in a global or corporate setting.
Proven ability to create compelling, clear, and creative content across multiple channels.
Experience developing and delivering communications strategies that engage diverse audiences.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive mindset: adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
Fluent in English and confident communicating across cultures and levels of seniority.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ultimately, to be able to represent the brand successfully and therefore the ability to understand and ‘live’ the brand is also a pre-requisite.
Why join us?
Be part of a fast-growing, global consultancy that’s transforming businesses around the world.
Work on meaningful projects that impact culture, connection, and communication.
Enjoy the freedom to shape a role that is both organising and hands-on.
Join a collaborative, down-to-earth team where your voice and creativity are valued.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote and in-office working in Utrecht, Dusseldorf or Paris.
We are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
